Children's Hospital of New Orleans
The Children’s Hospital of New Orleans $13 million facility, completed
by MCA of New Orleans contractors, features a Pediatric Intensive
Care Unit and morgue, a 4-story Research & Education building containing
research laboratories, a Biosafety Level 3 Lab Suite and administrative
areas.
The 59,000 SF project
generated another $2 million renovation and addition contract for
the hospital due to satisfaction of the client.
Aquarium of the Americas
The Aquarium of the Americas and Woldenberg Riverfront Park project
by MCA of New Orleans contractors in the New Orleans area was conceived,
designed and finished in less than four years. The design of the
110,00 square
foot, three story aquarium structure is constructed of reinforced
concrete with
a combination of glazed brick. As a welcome addition to the Mississippi
riverfront, the park provides a vital link between the old historic
Vieux Carre and the modern Central Business District.
